The offer validity period is specified, along with the reservation deposit, which is the amount to be transferred to the dealer to lock in the offer price and benefit from it. During the offer validity period, you will contact the dealers to agree on the appropriate method for paying the reservation deposit, then visit the showroom to complete the purchase process.
In the event that no offers are received during the request period, you can submit a request for a refund. We are committed to ensuring that every request receives appropriate quotes, but we provide this option as a precautionary measure for any unforeseen circumstances.

Within 7 days of request end time you can: 1- You can request an extension of the offer receipt period if you have not received three price offers, and none of the offers were suitable. 2- If you have not received three price offers, and none of the offers were suitable, you can submit a new request for another car without incurring additional fees. 3- You can request a refund of the service fee if you have not received three or more offers and did not click "Interested in the offer" for any of the offers you received. For example, if you only received two offers and did not click "Interested in the offer" for either, you are eligible for a refund.
